Although FIDM had just implemented a new financial aid solution, the institution decided to find a collaborative partner with a full-service, dynamic integrated solution that could grow and transform along with them. In addition, students have the ability to communicate via any device with FIDM staff for assistance with student services, career services, and other departments critical to their success. They can also monitor their academic progress, and advisors can enable degree progress audits, including ‘what if’ scenarios, and student pacing across multiple programs of study.
